Norberto Waisgold was born on January 17th, 1944 in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied at the "Nicolás Avellaneda" High School and later he continued his university studies at the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences, both belonging to the University of Buenos Aires, quitting them because the programs of institutional education did not meet the knowledge needs he was looking for.
At the age of 13, in 1957, his passion for Physics lead him to raise for the first time the subject of Inertia, developing a work on Inertial Mechanics.
As a consequence of such development, he began to consider Inertia as the Fourth dimension in Space, and which if it is attempted to configure it based on the three X, Y, Z dimensional axes, it would be posed as a dimensional axis transversal to the three of them.
Some years later, he imagined a system to obtain a variable field in a region of Space, without forces acting against its formation. Inertia appeared again as it did not allow the installation of this kind of field owing to a problem of velocities.
In 1984 he started thinking about the possibility of bending Space, starting from Infinitesimal curvatures. He did it infringing the concepts still ruling Physics, if it is considered that Space only bends in the presence of large masses, as Albert Einstein raised it.
He could reach the large Universe Structures, thus achieving a Theory of Unified Field, starting from Quantic studies and taking an opposite approach to the way chosen by important physicians, with unsuccessful results.
The Theory developed in this work is the result of 28 years of research and analysis.
